M1/M2 Macs are not yet compatible with Logitech Sync or our Firmware Update Tools and this would explain the issue we are seeing. Tap IP, Tap Scheduler update directly through the internet, not through the application on the PC.

We can attempt to update the Rally Cameras locally using the Sync app or FW update tools instead of the Sync Portal. If the issue persists, we will need to connect the cameras to another PC / Laptop to perform the updates
