Factory Reset: Core 110f / 110c or Core 510i / 510c

DETAILS

CAUTION:A factory reset of these Q-SYS Core processor models running Q-SYS 8.0.0 or later erases the active design.
  1. Simultaneously press and hold the Next and ID buttons on the front of the Core.
  2. A three second countdown will start on the LCD - keep holding the buttons during the countdown..
  3. The LCD screen will prompt you to press the ID button once more to confirm that you wish to factory reset the Core. Press the ID button.
  4. The Core will now reset and reboot.
  5. After the reboot, the Core's name reverts to its factory default name (e.g., Core-5a76 or similar) and the LAN ports are reset to Auto/DHCP.
  6. Use Q-SYS Core Manager > Network > Basic to set the hostname and IP settings.
  7. Push a design to the Core (File > Save to Core & Run).
