CAUTION:A factory reset of these Q-SYS Core processor models running Q-SYS 8.0.0 or later erases the active design.
- Simultaneously press and hold the Next and ID buttons on the front of the Core.
- A three second countdown will start on the LCD - keep holding the buttons during the countdown..
- The LCD screen will prompt you to press the ID button once more to confirm that you wish to factory reset the Core. Press the ID button.
- The Core will now reset and reboot.
- After the reboot, the Core's name reverts to its factory default name (e.g., Core-5a76 or similar) and the LAN ports are reset to Auto/DHCP.
- Use Q-SYS Core Manager > Network > Basic to set the hostname and IP settings.
- Push a design to the Core (File > Save to Core & Run).
