dLive Stuck Faders

Modified on Wed, Apr 12, 2023 at 12:09 PM

Troubleshooting

  1. Spray some compressed air into the faders to see if it removes any debris,
  2. Calibrate the faders.
  3. Follow these instructions to reset the console

Repair Options

Option 1: Ship the unit to AM&S facility in Southaven, MS for service.

Option 2: Try to locate an authorized service center that's near the end user.

Option 3: Summit/End User installs the new fader banks. It's a fairly straightforward repair that requires minimal soldering. Contact parts@americanmusicandsound.com to place the order, use dealer number - 167183. No documentation is available for this repair.

Note:

The fader banks have recently been upgraded, so replacing only the problematic individual faders will not work as the new individual faders do not work on the older PCBs. The solution is to replace all 3 fader banks in the unit.
