Before Starting:

Save you SHOW files on a backup USB before doing this.

Save Settings:

Create a backup of your show file(s) to USB before performing this moving to reset the console

(Utility>Memory>Show Manager> Select Show(s)> Copy to USB)

Resetting the Console:

1. Power off the console WITHOUT using the on-screen shutdown button
2. When you power back on, you will see a message that reads "Console not shut down properly"  - Select the ADVANCED menu.
3. Select RESET CONSOLE > OK
